"As first home owners of a house in the suburbs (with a big block but no established garden), we went to the Hills Garden Expo looking for inspiration and guidance. We weren't disappointed! We enjoyed listening to experienced speakers such as Lolo Houbein and Sophie Thomson and were impressed by the wide range of gardening products on offer. There was also delicious food and entertainment throughout the day. We were lucky enough to win a prize in the raffle (including a variety of plants, compost bin, gardening tools and magazine subscription) which gave us a tremendous head-start in our own garden.
